Amine Kheyyali

Prior to joining Orion Capital Partners in 2024, Amine was an Executive Director at Credit Suisse (then UBS Group), where he was instrumental to the successful efforts in growing the financing franchise in the Middle East through his contribution to the origination and execution efforts. 

As a structurer within the Strategic Transactions Group in London, he helped close and restructure numerous financing transactions with cumulative volumes exceeding $10 billion and spanning across the Middle East and Africa (in the context of M&A, take-privates, capital expenditure, investment portfolio build-up etc.). 

He was previously part of the Mergers & Acquisition Advisory Group where he worked on c. $20bn of cumulative transaction volumes across Europe and the Middle East covering industries such as Metals and Mining, Industrials, Technology and Healthcare. 

Through his career, Amine received internal and external recognition for his contribution (e.g. Deal of the Year awards) and has worked with a wide variety of clients including large international corporations, government-related entities, mid-sized companies, private equity sponsors and family offices. 

He holds a Master of Science in Management with a major in Finance from HEC Paris and is fluent in English, French and Arabic, with advanced Spanish skills.
