Francisco Moreno-Galindo known to clients and colleagues as Paco joins Orion Capital Partners as Partner, Head of Capital Markets & Capital Solutions, and Co-Head of Structuring.

Paco brings nearly two decades of senior capital markets experience, built across UBS and Deutsche Bank, where he executed over $25 billion of transactions spanning structured credit, securitisation, corporate transactions, and special situations across some of the world’s most complex cross-border markets.

A capital markets professional at his core, Paco has built his career on combining deep markets expertise with genuine structuring capability the ability not only to access capital markets, but to architect solutions with precision and creativity across cycles. It is a combination that distinguishes him in a field where most practitioners excel at one or the other.

His coverage is anchored in Latin America and Southern Europe markets he has operated in throughout his career with the fluency that only comes from years of building client relationships and executing transactions from the inside. A native Spanish speaker, Paco brings not just expertise to these regions, but the cultural and institutional understanding that underpins how business is truly done.
