Mohit Verma

Mohit is an experienced Institutional and Corporate Banking coverage professional with over two decades of experience in delivering value to clients and businesses across geographies. He brings an extensive exposure through assignments involving corporate finance, structured credit, fund raising and restructuring; and offers skills to support clients in complex deal making across various product groups. He has been involved in transactions across diverse mix of leading GCC corporates, multinationals, Family Offices and Government Related Entities with exposure to both local and cross border situations.

Mohit has been involved in some of the marquee transactions and has managed the entire lifecycle of deals from origination, structuring, risk management and monitoring. He is skilled in identifying and leveraging the key drivers across industry segments and thus is able facilitate enriched client interaction and formulate appropriate business strategy.

Mohit has previously worked with ICICI, Standard Chartered, Barclays, Credit Suisse and his last assignment was with UBS, where he was instrumental is setting up the Institutional and Corporate business along with the senior leadership.

Mohit is an Electronics Engineer and an MBA from India Institute of Management- IIM, Indore. He is a voracious reader and an avid sportsperson.
