Prerna Dhawan

Prerna brings over two decades of experience as a People Leader across the finance, manufacturing, services, and e-publishing sectors.

She has served as an HR Consultant with Saahas For Cause, Los Angeles, USA, where she led HR transformation initiatives within the non-profit sector. Prior to this, she held the position of Director, Human Resources at UBS and served as Vice President, HR Business Partner for the Middle East at Credit Suisse, contributing over 17 years to delivering HR innovation, people strategy, and high-impact initiatives aligned with corporate strategy execution.

At Credit Suisse, Prerna led the strategic business expansion project in Qatar and championed several best practices across the EMEA region. She is deeply passionate about diversity, inclusion, and culture development, and has been actively involved in driving employee engagement and comprehensive wellness programs aimed at enhancing morale and productivity.

Earlier in her career, Prerna worked with Dubai Bank, leading organizational development initiatives, and in India, she gained valuable experience with Tyco Electronics, Modi Xerox, and Versaware Technologies.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Prerna is an avid practitioner of yoga and has a strong passion for promoting overall well-being.
